Hi there

Your symptoms suggest tinea pedis, a fungal infection.

You will need to treat it with either topical or oral treatment for quicker results.

You can apply an antifungal ointment like clotrimazole or spray on lamisil spray, also an antifungal.

For quicker results use oral agents like itraconazole or fluconazole 150mg daily for up to 14 days. Please visit your doctor to make sure you don't have any contraindications to taking this medication.

Wear open shoes to avoid moisture.
Do screen for diabetes.

In the meantime you can soak your feet in some potassium permanganate crystals and then dry thoroughly when done.

Hope this helps.
