Suggest Treatment For Cylindrical Power In Both Eyes In Children

My son of age 5 having cylindrical power in both the eyes of -1.25. in R 6/18,L 6/12. He is doing eye excercise (orthoptic) about 3 months. Now his vision is 6/9 in both the eyes. But it is not reducing further.
Please suggest, whether we will continue the excercise further or any other treatment is there. Regards,

you have given some power and said about cylindrical defect, but have not mentioned the axis. orthoptic exercise is not for improving cylindrical power. it is giventocorect phoria, squint, or amblyopia due to squint. you have to give correct problem so that an advise can be given
