Suggest Treatment For Cyst In Left Armpit

I have a cyst developed in my left armpit. It s pretty huge as in it s 1/3 of my entire armpit. I believe there are 3 cysts but since they both grew it looks like one Giang oval one..I know the middle one hurts yet the two on the sides don t hurt unless you press on it. I was going to go to the doctors but it seemed to get smaller today. Should I wait and see if it goes away on their own? There s a purplish dot in the middle of the huge cyst..is that bad?

there could be 3 possibilities looking at your history
1. Infected cyst
2. Enlarged lymph node
3. Axillary abscess

if you can provide further information I will be happy to help
your age
duration of its presence
history of any discharge

meanwhile maintain a good hygiene by cleaning and keeping it dry
you can take tab ibuprofen for pain
