Suggest Treatment For Cyst In The Right Ovary

I m 35 years old, at age of 18 I have a cyst in my right ovary which affected my tube, my tube was remove with a small part of my ovary. At 18 I have an abortion, at 21 years I have an ectopic pregnancy in my left tube, and at 23 happens again. I don t have my tubes. Besides this I ve been diagnostic with ademenoyosis, since 12 years ago, I have been sick every month from this, my extremity pain, and heavy bleeding is ridiculous and I can t take it anymore. My doc recommend a IVF which I want to do but I have been sick from this and I decide to do a Hysterectomy. Very sad of or this but I think is best for me. Can u please give an advise ?

hi.....looking at the history...adenomyosis is many times associated with endometriosis and it too causes infertility ...some studies suggest adenomyosis.... reduces the chance for pregnancy and increases the risk for miscarriage.
GnRH agonists which are commonly used to treatment endometriosis by lowering estrogen levels have been used to treat adenomyosis as well with some reported pregnancies.
Also we need to check your ovarian reserve . Get an antral follicle count and serum AMH and serum FSH levels done ...we can know the number of eggs available for stimulation protocols and then decide ...if IVF chance to be taken or not
