Suggest Treatment For Cyst In Uterus

My wife did an USG. Her age is 34. We did not have any issue and she already undergone a mis-carriage and after that an operation to remove a previous cyst. Now again after doing the USG another suspecious hypoechoic intramural lesion of 1.14 cm is seen at mid body level anteriorly. Endometrial echo is central and normal 0.71 cm
