Suggest Treatment For Cyst On Back Under The Shoulder Blade

I am a diabetic , I have a small 2-3m cyst on my back under my left shoulder blade. they tried to drain it getting no results now Dr. says I can have it taken off . I am leery because after the needle procedure it hurt all the way up into my neck and around my rib cage I would like to know who I can get a second opinion from ?
