Suggest Treatment For Cystic Acne While Having PCOS

Because of my PCOS, I get bad cystic acne frequently. I can t afford to see a dermetologist regularly, so I try hard to take care of my acne by keeping my face clean with gentle unscented soap and moisturize. When the cystic acne is bad, I ll use a hot rag compress soaked in diluted tea tree oil and water to try to coax the spot to a head. I never pick my pimples- its usually far too painful. This last week a pretty bad spot appeared on my cheek. It hasn t been responding to the hot compress and seemed to be getting bigger. The redness was almost golf ball sized. Tonight I decided it was looking pretty bad and was too painful to deal with, so I swabbed the area with an alcohol swab and carefully lanced it with a sterile needle that I purchased today from a local tattoo parlor. The cyst exploded in a mess of pus. Quite a lot of pus came out and the zit made this awful squealing gurgling noise when I applied light pressure, almost as if air was bubbling up from under the skin. I m rather unnerved by the brown chunky pus that came out of the zit. I ve never seen a pimple with pus like that. Is it infected? Is it staph or mrsa? Do I need to go to a doctor? How do I prevent the cyst from becoming more infected or from scarring?

Acne is a disease of the hair follicles and affects almost all teenagers during puberty. Acne occurs when sebaceous glands attached to the hair follicles are stimulated at the time of puberty or due to other hormonal changes. Sometimes, cyst forms and it get infected.
1.     Apply locally Clindoxyl gel (clindamycin + benzyl peroxide) at bed time for a month
2.     Doxycycline 50 mg daily per oral for 30 days. If you are pregnant then do not use doxycycline
3.     Use Acne aid soap three time daily for cleaning your face
4.     Do not squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring
5.     Keep pimples untouched
6.     Try to avoid use of unbranded cosmetics unnecessarily
7.     Avoid mental stress as it aggravates acne
Thanks
