Suggest Treatment For Cystic Mass Noted At The Right Adnexa And Hypoechoic Mass In The Posterior Portion
My pelvic scan says normal size non gravid anteverted uterus heterogeneous myometrium echo pattern. No intra or extra uterine cyesis is seen Noted at the rt adnexae is a cystic mass measuring about 50mm×59mm in size Posterior portion is a hypoechoic mass. Please what does it mean.

ur right fallopian tube has got cyst which is big in size..it has to beedically treated for decreasing the size by horminal pilks or otherwise has to be operated
