Suggest Treatment For Cysts In Ovaries

GOOD NOON DOCTORS, i have PCOD with funcional cysts and bilaterral ovary .three months earilier i hav multicystic ovaries,DOC advise to take letrozole 1 tab. for third day to 7th day. after that t have PCOD .then Doc told me to take Two tab daily,then newt monthe she told me to take three tab daily ,now U/S report suggest bulky ovaries ,and polysystic pattern,there is cysts in both ovaries,i want to know that my doc take right way,is there any problem.pls tell about my procedure is right or wrong ..
