Suggest Treatment For Cysts On The Ovaries

52 yrs old, still menstruation. Dr doesn t believe I m going thru change yet. Last yr he removed polyps from uterus. Ultra sound found 5 cysts on ovaries. Can t remember size of them but nothing has been done yet because PAP is good. Although I ve was told one cysts has,a hole in it and one has grown. Here s my question. Since wed, been in bed like 23 hrs per day on severe pain. Bleeding unreal. So much. Anemic, so I take Feteriro pill. Went to ER Sunday, blood and urine okay. They released me to see my specialist. I ve called them, can t get in til wed. Do you think I ve got cysts busted or ruptured? I feel like ERIC should of done CAT or Ultra Sound

Hello

Medical treatments for ovarian cysts include Hormonal birth control pills to regulate the hormones and reduce the risk of developing more cysts and Metformin,an anti diabetic drug to increase insulin sensitivity in women with PCOD.

At times cysts need to be surgically removed. It is usually done through laparoscopy using a small incision in the navel or stomach.
