Suggest Treatment For Daily Headaches And A Hard Growth Just Below The Nipple

I have headaches almost daily. I have a growth on the bottom of my left nipple (not a milk blister I ve tried to express it and nothing happened. It does not hurt, my nipple looks like a teardrop now though and the added on part is sort of hard?) and that same breast is facing downwards instead of just being normal. There s mucous wrapped around my stool lately and I have two children. My question is if I am okay. Because I ve got two kids, so I kind of have to be okay. Thank you for your time.
