Suggest Treatment For Damage To The Ligament

my right shoulder got dislocated 1st time 5year back,again it got dislocated after 2years that is in 2007.levey time it was set rt by doctor.after that luckily there was no dislocation till 2day..but i just got the MRI scan and it was found that there is a damage to the ligament.what should i do now?shell i go for a surgery or can it be cured by physiotherapy ?
