Suggest Treatment For Damaged 8th Cranial Nerve

hi - i was operated in right ear to cure my tympanum perforation but the attempt was failed by the otologist he damaged my 8th cranial nerve now i m not able to hear anything and i m feeling ringing in my right ear. is there any treatment for my damaged nerve please help me i m living a miserable life.

chances of improvement in 8 th can not be predicted ,,, you can use multiple vitamin tab ,, with some drugs that increase blood supply in that are,,,, but you can get symptomatic relieve by using hearing aid for hearing or tinnitus masker for ringing sensation .
