Suggest Treatment For Dandruff And Black Spots On Face

Hello Sir, I am puja, i had dandruff problem,because of the dandruff my face is getting severel black spots. when i considered the doctor, he prescribed me one vitamin-c serem to get rid of black spots and one k-zole shampoo for dandruff. when i am appling the vitamin-c serem, my skin is becoming black. Can you help me why it is happening.

Hello,

For dandruff keep your skull oiled with medicated oil or almond oil. Shampoo your hair every alternate day with Selsun shampoo. After shampoo apply oil in the scalp and hair. Dandruff causes acne and black spots in the face. You can take a course of oral doxycyline (for 5 days). Apply ointment Betnovate C at bed time (do not go in the sunlight, not to be applied in daytime). Your spots will get reduced. Betnovate C is a steroid so do not use it for more than 7-10 days. Maintain your hygiene. Take showers regularly and avoid non veg food. Take vegetarian food.
