Suggest Treatment For Dandruff And Hair Fall

hi,this is asim das,sir i ve hair fall problem since the last year.i ve also dandruff pboblem.tried candid tv suspension and baidyanath mahabhringaraj hair oil,but none of these works.candid tv has reduced the dandruff problem but when i stopped using the problem of dandruff started again and the shampoo also makes my hair and scalp dry.i ve also some gray hair on my head.now my scalp gets oily in the next day of washing hair with shampoo.and i m only 17 years old guy.sir please tell me what needs to be done?and sorry sir for my bad english.

Hi.
As per your case history of hair fall and dandruff, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't apply hair oil at present for at least 3 weeks.
2. Don't scratch the dandruff with nails or comb.
3. Apply a mild antifungal lotion like clotrimazole twice daily on scalp.
4. Instead of Candid tv shampoo use a ciclopirox shampoo (8x shampoo) every alternate day. Once dandruff is controlled hair fall will also stop.
5. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, ketoconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
