Suggest Treatment For Dandruff And Hair Loss

I am having serious dandruff.. Due to which there has been very strong hairfall . there is serious iching also.. Can I use danckear shampoo. And which finasteride tablet should I use to regrow hair. Also should I also start applying minoxidil solution in hair .

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis also known as Dandruff and the hair fall seems to be due to dandruff as the hair follicles gets destroyed with dandruff..

I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and microscopic examination of flakes can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..

Danclear shampoo contains Ketoconazole that is antifungal medication..
You can be advised to apply shampoo containing Ketoconazole, selenium, zinc,salicylic acid and sulfides..
You can also be advised to apply Steroid lotion over the scalp..
Keep the scalp clean and dry and wash your scalp and hairs every alternate day..
Other thing is that using Finesteride is advised in case of male pattern baldness and is not needed in your case as it is due to dandruff so does not seems to be necessary in your case..
You can however apply Minoxidil lotion over the scalp as it helps in improving blood flow and help in hair growth..
