Suggest Treatment For Dandruff And Itchy Acne On Skin

hi i am 19 years old & i am having dandruff on my scalp & itchy acne on my skin as well. sometimes it feels like dandruff are walking on my skin.i went to a dermatologist but i found no improvement. can you plz suggest me. one more thing my scalp suddenly turned into oily & my skin is now combination oily at t zone & all around dry.it used to be dry earlier jst like my scalp.

Hi

You seem to have developed dandruff over the scalp .
Now dandruff needs to be managed by regular application of topical anti dandruff shampoos twice weekly along with daily application of topical antifungal steroid combinations .
Avoid applying oil.
You might need a course of oral antifungal agents as well .
