Hi, I m lilian. I have been having this chronic dandruff for three years now.It s so bad that I can t stay for three days without having a whitish flakes all over my hair. please, I need your help what do I do? as I am now very desperate. thanks waiting for your reply.

Hello
Dandruff is ususlly fungal in nature.
It can be easily controlled with the use of ketoconazole shampoo.
You can use 2% ketoconazole shampoo in alternate days for a month and then use it once a week.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
