Suggest Treatment For Dark And Heavy Periods

Hi my period has been darker than usual. I am sexually active but also on the pill. I can fill a tampon within four to five hours. Two days before I started my period I had to urinate more, approximately every two hours. Is this an infection? Is there a chance that i am pregnant?
