Suggest Treatment For Dark Brown Acne Marks On The Face?

i am having acne marks left on my face usually very dark brown which mostly takes about months to go away on its own! and i also face problem of painful and hard pimples mostly filled with pus and blood but that happens once or twice a month, but the problem is each and every single pimple leaves stubborn marks behind which is ruining my face

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have got post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to which there are dark spots on face..
As you also have pimples occuring every month the treatment will constitute of both anti-acne as well as depigmentation..
For acne you can wash your face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash, apply a combination of benzoyl peroxide and clidamycin containing gels, do cool compresses..
You can also apply retinoid containing gel like Adapalene gel..
Exfoliate your face with a gentle scrub twice a week..
Limit sun exposure..
For pigmentation you can apply kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams.
Take vitamin C supplements.
Apply a sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
Drink plenty of water and take nutritious diet.
