Suggest Treatment For Dark Brown Vaginal Discharge

I have been having darkish brown vaginal discharge for a several months now. I ve tried everything to washing only with water and using tampons and pads. Nothing has worked to get rid of it. I am in desperate need of help and I have no idea what or how to bring it up any doctor.

Following are the cause of dark vaginal discharge:
Peri- Menopause
Ovulation bleeding
Endometrial bleeding: endometriosis/adenomyosis, polyp or fibroid
Early pregnancy
Vaginal infection : candidiasis, STDs, pelvic inflammatory disease
Cervical dysplasia or polyp
Excessive stress
Excessive exercise
Contraceptive pills use

For exact diagnosis consult the doctor:
Undergo pelvic examination. USG, endometrial biopsy, pap smear, full hormone profile, STD screening


Advice:
Wear loose garments
Maintain hygiene: change sanitary pad frequently
Wash your vagina with warm water
Avoid douching
Maintain hygiene after and before sex and urination
Drink lots of fluids
Take more fruits
Start regular relaxation exercise like yoga
Antibiotics: metronidazole and lactobacillus
