Suggest Treatment For Dark Color On Upper Lips

hi, I am a 28 year old women with brow skin. the skin above my upperlip or under my nose has always been darker than the rest of my face. Recently I find that this bothers me more and more and it is wrecking havoc with my confidence. can you please suggest anything?

I would recommend you to apply a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time along with Kojic acid based cream, like Kojivit Plus cream on the affected areas.
