Suggest Treatment For Dark Patches On Penis

Recently I m having dandruff flakes and patches around and under my pennis area. I used a subscribed cream and it started to reduce a lot. But I found some tan patches on the pen is area near the pubic region and I found it is spreading very very slowly. Can u please help me
