Suggest Treatment For Dark Patches On Thighs And Buttocks

I had fungal infection between my thighs 15 years back. I did not show it to any doctor. Over time the itching went away and there is no more itching but there is a dark patch between my thighs as well as the bottom of my butt.



Is the infection still active? How can I get rid of this?
