Hello,

Hyper pigmentation can happen after a burn. Generally it will resolve but it takes longer duration for complete remission of the condition. You can try depigmenting ointments like vitamin E creams for faster recovery. You can also opt for laser treatment in case the pigmentation persist. You can consult a dermatologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
