i hve severe problem of pigmentation in my legs. near toe. i find that it may be because of leather footwears. on tpoe i hv dark balck spots which look my feets very ugly. i apply mnay ointments, pedicures but doesn't effects. pls tell me the exact treatmet for this.

hi there.
1. your concern may be allergic contact dermatitis by your description.
2. its a type of eczema.
3. you can try xerina moisturiser, use it twice daily.
apply it on wet legs and leave it.
4. for pigmentation you can try golite lotion, once daily bed time.
apply the lotion over night after applying xerina cream.
avoid leather cheppal.
use medication until pigmentation fades away.
