Suggest Treatment For Dark Spots On Neck And Upper Chest

I woke up Monday and noticed a few dark spots on my neck and upper chest, I can take a picture and email it to you. My email is YYYY@YYYY . I am curious to know of these spots. I assumed it was from me eating so much chocolate of the weekend but wasn t sure.

Hi,

It may be superficial fungal infection called Tinea versicolor. Perspiration, excessive water bath,soap...etc might exacerbate the disease.

I would suggest...

- anti fungal tab...ketoconazole twice a day for few weeks
- anti fungal cream like ketoconazole cream
- avoid soap bath
- take care for perspiration
- no exessive bath
