hello doctor, i have dark spot on my face and my skin thinner than before by using skin lite cream for 7days.i burn my skin and become my skin damage and thinner.what can i do now?i want to improve my skin quality.one more qustion ,can i eat vitamin e cap?how long?

Hi,

You are suffering from steroid-induced side effects causing skin thinning and pigmentation.

As you have used for a week only, it is advisable to stop using the cream completely.

Just apply Aloe vera gel over the face and do cool compresses. Let the skin heal. In a few days, you can start using Kojivit cream over the face to reduce pigmentation.

Scrub your face twice a week with a face scrub. Always apply sunscreen lotion when going out. Yes, you can have Evion and cont for a month.
