Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Dark / fair skins are genetically decided. also atmospheric tempreture decides it. But one thing stands true that no one is satisfied with the skin they have fair people try to get it tanned & dark people want fair skins !!
Though absolute fairness may not be possible , there are few things you can do for having one or two shades fairer , attractive & shining complexion.
- A good nutrition, good hemoglobin,regular exercises & sound sleep -
in short absolute health are real ornaments which makes skin to be glowing ( skin is said to be mirror of health )
* - Skin home care care- Daily supplement of vitamin C ( citrus fruits )orally as well as application to skin alternate days/ avoiding exposure to direct sunlight or use sun screen lotion with dermatologist's advise/ wearing protective aids like sunglasses, umbrellas, broad rimmed hat / clothing ... helps to reduce production of melanin & so skin becomes lighter.
- application of cucumber/ tomato juice, potato rings scrubbing, use of aloe vera gel with honey & turmeric pack to skin helps.
Such care has to be regular. It gives effect after few weeks of use, but is harmless because of avoiding chemicals/ bleaches regularly. & glow of a health is best of all & it definitely boosts up your personality.
* Different cosmetic treatments are available for fair skin. If you want you can consult a cosmetologist/ dermatologist for that.
Thanks
