Suggest Treatment For Darkening And Dryness Of Skin On Face

Hii... i'm 24yrs old. After my marriage i moved from kerala to bangalore and now it see that my skin colour is changing especially of the face. Before i had a fairer complexion now its getting darker. And also a bit dry... How can i get rid of this sir?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
As your skin is becoming dry and dark, you may follow these suggestions-
Use a mild cleanser and moisturiser( cetaphil cleanser and cetaphil moisturiser)
Use a sunscreen daily( photoban/rivela/shadowz)
Take a skin supplement like perfectil daily.
If the darkness and dryness still persists, then meet a dermatologist nearby.
