Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
First of all I would suggest you to check your hemoglobin levelsbecause of your history of frequent nosebleeds. Low hemoglobin levels could be a factor as reduced oxygen and nutrient supply of the skin resulting in a dull and aged looking skin. If low hemoglobin is a factor then it needs to be corrected. In addition you should pay particular attention to your diet. Eat balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Apart from that i suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day. At night i suggest you to use a skin lightening cream like a kojic acid based cream or glycolic acid based cream.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
