Suggest Treatment For Darker Skin Around Vagina

I am having darker skin around my vagina n inside too as on some portion of thighs as well....... whenever i itch tehre or something it feels its a dirt as my nails get filled wid such blackness... can u tell me how can i clean tht so as to have a clear skin vagina as whole of my body is fair........
