Suggest Treatment For Dead Arm Feeling After Using Nicotine Patch

i tried the nicotine patches for the first time today and all day long i had a dull ache "dead" arm feeling from my shoulder down. do i need to stop using them and mayeb put in a different spot? i like them they work i dont want to stop using but i will if i have to
