Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

To guide you better, I ll need some details of you. Like ECG, echo and angiography report if available. Usually, we get angiography done first and if blockages are there then subject patient to either bypass or angioplasty depending upon the number and severity of blockages. Also, you should be on medicines like Aspirin, Clopidogrel, Statin like Atorvastatin, beta blocker and ace inhibitors like Ramipril. Medicines are the very much effective, so should be taken regularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
