Suggest Treatment For Decreased Hearing In Ear

I have noticed year ago that hearing in my right ear decreased during 1 week period. I went to a doctor who checked and said that my hearing was good, I had perfectly clean ears but I had infection, though after treating the hearing is still the same. Especially high frequencies are gone, I believe on average difference in hearing level of left/right is around 3-4 db but at 16khz its much bigger. Is there any way that it might not be permanent? what can I do about it?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, when the ENT surgeon tested for hearing loss and said that it is okay then you need not to worry, if you still have some doubt then you can go for second opinion, this is the only option you have, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
