Suggest Treatment For Deep Cut Near Labia After An Accident

Hi there, I wiped out surfing today, and one of the fins on my board hit me hard in the crotch. I thought it would be just bruised, but it hurt quite a bit. When I returned back and showered, I realized there is an inch and a half cut in my outer labia. It s not bleeding tons, but it is quite wide as well and I can see lots of... meat?... and little white bits inside the cut. What should I do?

Consult to surgeon .
If cut is deep then Stiches is only solution.
If not deep then take Antibiotics.
