Suggest Treatment For Defect In Vision In One Of The Eyes

My mom is 78 and had a stroke 5 mos ago. She loss peripheral vision in her right eye. 3 weeks after her stroke she started seeing visions of animals, children & adults. She calls them ghosts . Now, she s fighting with them & talking to them. She can only see theses visions when she turn to the right side. Can you guide us on what to do?

loss of peripheral vision and seeing animals etc are not related to stroke. . first exclude glaucoma. the other problem may be anxiety neurosis or just hallucination. treatment may be according ly given.
