Hi Sara,
Welcome to healthcare magic forum,
Since your aunt is suffering from severe bone problem so to help increase strength in bones she is required to take daily T-Calcium Gluconate 500-1000 mg daily two times a day along with T-Vitamin D3, 0.25 mg st get the calcium absorbed in her body, for 3-4 months, also ask her to take balanced diet in the form of fruits, vegetables, nuts, milk, (soya milk) or skimmed one or toned milk, and if possible make her walk in sunshine, let her drink plenty of water because calcium sometimes will cause constipation.
Hope these things will help you.
Regards,
Thanks
