Suggest Treatment For Deformity In Leg Due To Polio

Hi doctor iam sundar from india i was attacked by polio in my childwood of 6 month baby.After that my right leg was bended to 45 degree and i cant able to walk steadily.My right leg was weaken, but there is some power in my leg.In 1989 i had gone for a surgery.I had a surgery on my thie and below my knee but there was no improvement in my leg to walk steadily.Now I consulted a doctor, he advised me to go for a surgery in two types one is ring type and another one is inserting the plate.So i need your advice which will be better for me and good recovery.
