Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Arthritis In Lower Back

i am a female, 70 yrs old. I have degenerative arthritis in my lower back. 10 days ago I had a steriod shot in my back and the immediate result was good, however I am almost back to where I was before the shot. I am doing water strong muscles class at the Y. What do I do to get better? Another shot? See a physical therapist for specific strenghtening? I was looking for exercies on here or something that might help. I weigh 160, so I don t think weight is a primary factor. I am also very busy, active with things and I don t sit much.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the arthritis condition, in my opinion it is better to avoid the steroid as long as it is possible, and try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, you can go for physiotherapy instead of exercise hope this information helps.
