Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Disc And Pain In Neck

I have degenterative disk and pain in my neck and the medicine the doctor gave me is not working she will not prescribe any pain medicine and my doctor in Nevada had me on percet for the pain. I am without the pain medicine and having withdrawls. What should i do.
