Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Disc Disease

I have disc degnerative disease which I have two bulging discs, arthritis and scar tissue pressing on the S1 nerve from a previous back surgery and will have to undergo another procedure for the same side. MRI results indicate moderate central canal stenosis on right side, and it's mild on the left side. What procedure do you recommend?
