Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Osteoarthritis In Neck

I have degenerative (osteoarthritis) in my neck which causes pain in my shoulders and neck, and spondylosisthesis at the L5-S1 level that is causing low back pain and sciatica. I have been told that surgery would be an option for both conditions. Is it possible to have both surgeries at one time?
