Suggest Treatment For Degenerative Spondylolisthesis

I am 31 years female. my mri reveals spondylo Disco-degeneratigve changes associated with diffuse posterior and paracentral dis bulge at C4/5 level, c5/6 L5/s1 with HNP with posterocentral & para central disc herniation (protrusion). Please tell me treatment and what should i use in my diet and precautions in daily life.
