Hi, when i was kid around 11 i fainted twice and both times the doctor told me i got dehydrated due to lack of water. Now im 20 and 2 months ago i fainted while i was doing something and i got a deep cute and started bleeding and 2 mins after i fainted. I gt my hemoglobin thyroid b12 checked everythn was normal. I was told i had a panic attack. After that i use to get lightheaded and im sometimes worrying about dying or serious health problem. I don't feel as much lightheaded anymore but sometimes get anxious and restless out of nowere. And yesterday like my lower left back was hurting but when i use to massage it it was okay and i kept thinking about that and now sometimes my sides under stomach or my pelvic area hurts.
Hydration is very important for health. 2 liters of water is recommended for an adult male.
Anxiety attacks could lead to similar symptoms. First you need to make sure your heart is healthy ( rate, regularity of pulse, blood pressure). Second thing if no physiological reason of your attacks you might want to discuss your fears with your GP better with a psychiatrist, for proper anxiety management.
hope that helped. Dr. Nazzal
