Suggest Treatment For Delay In Period

Alright, I have stopped taking birth control pills about 3 weeks ago now. I have not yet had a period. One week ago I began to have cramps and thought my period was coming, but nothing happened. I was also experiencing lower back pain and a very sensitive/painful cervix. Yesterday I woke up with terrible pain on the very lower right hand side of my pelvis(ovary area), the pain went down to my knee. I went to the ER. They did a vaginal ultrasound - everything looks normal and no cycle in the near future as the look of my uterus describes. They tested me for every infection and they all come back negative, I came back today and he said it was unexplainable and he'll let me know when the other tests come in. Today, I am experiencing white, odorless, watery discharge, that feels like when paper and it's a bit grainy. No other symptoms, the ovary pain subsided by the evening, but I still have the cramping feeling like I will be getting a cycle. Thoughts?
