Hello,
There are certain facts in your history that do not seem to correlate with each other. Dysmenorrhea is mostly observed in ovulatory cycles and this cannot be treated with Metformin. GI disturbances are a side effect of the treatment and sometimes seen. The exact mechanism of action of Oosure is not well known. If you have a regular cycle every month inspite of having PCOD, occasional ovulation is possible and you need follicular studies and temperature charts to confirm. In this current cycle of delayed period, you should confirm/exclude pregnancy through the blood test before planning further management. Hope this helps.
