Suggest Treatment For Delayed Menstrual Period With Stomach Pain

im about 6/7 days late, i had have been on the pill for about 2 years but had to stop before christmas due to a opp, i had my last period on the 25th december, i did a test yesterday because i worry alot! it was negitive, and today ive had pains in my stomach but still now period...help :(
