Suggest Treatment For Delayed Menstruation

My wife recently have period problems. We have gone to holiday last month. At that time she used primolut and later on with the advise of her gyano doctor she used the same tab for at least 3 weeks. She also use ovacet as prescribed by the doctor. Currently she is having problems in period. Do you suggest me any solution about that or how this period problem can be overcomed/fixed? Thanks
