helloo doc,my cocern is i have 4mons delayed menstruation ,I used pregnancy test kit most often to let know if i am pregnant but the result isnegative not pregnant..i hope you can advise me a good solution to my health problem.Thank you and more power

Hi,

Because your periods are late for more than 3 months, you will need to have some blood tests to identify the cause. These would be:
- FSH and Estrogen (to rule out menopause)
- TSH and FT4 to make sure your thyroid is working well
- prolactine level which if high can affect the menstruation
